PLEASE KEEP THE BUSES RUNNING! VOTE “YES” FOR THE EXCESS LEVY!
The Fairmont-Marion County Transit Authority began serving your community in 1973. Since 1988, you have supported FMCTA by passing excess levies, which helps us secure federal funding. It is these combined dollars that keep the buses running. Last year, there were more than 200,000 boardings on our buses, which traveled over 600,000 miles. FMCTA improves the quality of life for the citizens of our county by linking passengers to doctors’ appointments, hospitals, dialysis centers, schools, colleges, universities, jobs, shopping facilities, and much more.
THE CONTINUED EXCESS LEVY RATE FOR FMCTA IS NOT INCREASING AND REMAINS THE SAME AS IT WAS IN 1988.
EARLY VOTING STARTS APRIL 30, 2014. ELECTION DAY MAY 13, 2014.
Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
